Online proofing

At Know we make the whole process as quick and simple as possible; so you can make sure your advertisement is exactly the way you want it we have introduced online proofing.

If you select the 'online proofing' option when you book advertising in Know, we'll send you an email letting you know when you're ad is ready to review. The email will include a webline, a username and a password. Simply click the link and enter your details and you will be taken straight to your ad on the Know online proofing site where you can check the details, and make changes or accept the ad.

If you make changes we'll send another email letting you know the amended ad is ready to check and accept.

Once you have accepted your ad then it is ready to be included in the directory and you just need to wait for Know to be published.
